Return Policy:
Our Guarantee: At T3 Weavers LLC our guarantee is simple; we want every one of our customers to be completely satisfied! We are not happy unless you are; we consider a complaint an opportunity to improve. If you are unhappy in any way with your T3 Weavers LLC purchase, simply return it in its original condition within 10 business days with invoice for exchange and or refund. A 15% restocking fee may apply on returns. With Exchanges or Returns for store credit a restocking fee does not apply.
Our Limited Warranty: For 30 days from the date of proven purchase T3 Weavers LLC will repair or replace any product we manufacture or distribute, if found to have defects in material or workmanship. The life of any piece depends on the care of the product; this warranty is given only to the original purchaser and does not cover accidental damage, alterations, abuse, misuse or normal expected wear.
Custom Orders: The same warranty and guarantee as above applies to custom orders with the following exceptions. There is no return on custom saddle blankets with brands. The restocking fee is 25%.
